Yes. Pro is $7 a month for unlimited products, unlimited staff, your own domain, WhatsApp alerts and everything else — no setup fee and no percentage of your sales. If a competitor offers the same for less, contact us and we will beat their price.
Is the Free plan really free?+
Yes. Open a store, publish your website, take bookings and orders — no card needed. Limits are soft: if you grow past them we tell you, we never switch anything off.
Do I need my own domain?+
No. Every store is live at yourname.saimio.com the moment you sign up, with HTTPS. On Pro you can connect your own domain whenever you're ready.
How do payments work?+
You connect your own Stripe account, so money goes straight to you. Saimio never holds your funds and takes no cut of your sales.
Can my staff log in?+
Yes. Invite as many people as your plan allows and give each one only the permissions they need — products, orders, bookings, customers, reports, settings.
Where is my data?+
Each business is isolated in its own tenant on Microsoft Azure, with secrets encrypted at rest and daily database backups.
